Walking. As I know myself, I've been walking a few miles almost every day. When I'm walking, I have no intention of doing sports or maintaining my muscle tone, I just feel the need to do this.
I don't like:
I don't like being told to shut up. I'm the kind of person who you think I am quiet when in fact you don't know me. Once you meet me, you would want me to be quiet. If we're friends, it's really dubious when I'm silent.
